Considering the skin is our largest and fastest growing organ, it is certainly worth investing in and caring for it the best we can. What we put on our skin is just as important as what we put into our bodies. This combination of natural oils is jam-packed with essential nutrients needed for maintaining healthy and youthful skin.
Hair & Body Oil
4 oz olive oil
4 oz rose hip seed oil
2 oz avocado oil
2 oz castor oil
2 oz sweet almond oil
1 oz jojoba oil
1 oz vitamin e oil
3-4 ml (droppers full) Argan oil
Add all of these oils to a 16 ounce bottle. One bottle lasts my daughter and I about 3-4 months, so a little certainly goes a long way. I sometimes add more or less of a particular oil, depending on what I have on hand, but the mixture mostly stays the same. Try to find the best quality oils you can afford. Some of them may be a bit pricey, but the quality speaks for itself. Soon, I’ll be sharing how I use this oil in my personal skincare routine. Stay tuned!
